Spring Flower Show Committee, RJA & HS. The members of the Spring Flower Show committee of the Horticultural Department RJA & HS are sad to learn of the death of one of their Founder members. Mayda was a fount of all horticultural knowledge with a passion for Camellias. Rest in peace Mayda, you will be greatly missed by our members past and present. Our condolences to all of Mayda’s family.

The family of Henry would like to thank everyone who attended his funeral service, for the Telephone calls and donations to the RNLI. Thank you to the Reverend Peter Dyson for conducting a lovely service at St Saviour’s Church and to Sadie for letting us use St Saviour’s Parish Hall. Also to Steve and Gary of Maillard’s for bringing Dad back from the Isle of Man, and for their kind support throughout.

A much-loved brother-in-law of Chuck and the late Madeleine, adored uncle of Shona, Zaryn, Chris and Marc. So many memories of a funny, kind and lovely man. Our thoughts are with Dulcie and the family xx.

Passed away suddenly but peacefully, at the General Hospital on Sunday, 20 January, 2019, aged 86 years, devoted husband to Dulcie for over 60 years, cherished brother of Rosena, loving father to Rosena, Conrad and Paul, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be deeply missed by all his friends and family.

Relatives and friends wishing to attend Conrad’s funeral service are invited to meet at the Crematorium Chapel, Westmount Road, St Helier, on Thursday, 31 January at noon. Family flowers only. Donations may be sent, in Conrad’s memory, to High Dependency Unit, c/o General Hospital, St Helier, JE1 3QS (cheques made payable to the Treasurer of the States). Dacia and Christine would like to say a big thank you to Joyce for all her support, to family and friends who sent cards, Telephoned and attended the funeral. Rosemary and Margaret would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their support on the loss of their Mum. Graham and Christopher would like to thank everyone who attended their Mum Dorothy’s funeral, sent cards of sympathy and made donations to Jersey Heart Support Group. We would like to thank the staff at Silversprings Care Home for looking after Mum during her time there, special thanks go to Dr P Terry for his care of Mum over many years and thank you also to Rev Tracy Le C Bromley for her beautiful and comforting service.
