Passed away peacefully and painlessly on Tuesday, 15 May, 2018, aged 88 years, he was the supportive father of Sophia Evans and the late Ralph Elliott, fun-loving Grandpa of Eliot and Eden and uncle to the beloved Simon, Susie and Katie. Michael was the great friend of Valery Johnson (former wife) and Douglas Johnson, he was the ever-entertaining father-in-law of Tony Evans and also the brother and brother-in-law of the late, much missed, Jane Edwards and Peter Edwards. Michael/Dad will eternally be singing and dancing in all our hearts!

Suzanne and all the family would like to thank everyone who expressed their condolences following the sad loss of Anita. To those who called, sent cards, flowers, gave donations to Jersey Hospice Care and Jersey Cancer Relief in Anita’s memory and attended the funeral service to celebrate Anita’s life. Thank you to Canon David Shaw for officiating at the funeral service, thank you to the Verger Frank Woods, to Alan Mollet organist, Hugh Lince accompanist, for Simone Garton and Caroline de Gruchy who sang so beautifully, and for all who contributed to the funeral service. Thank you to the St Mary’s Honorary Police for the traffic management on the day of the funeral.
