Mac, Sarah, Kate, Tim and their families would like to send heartfelt thanks to everyone for their kindness, support, messages, cards and donations in memory of Val. Sincere thanks to Dr Francine Le Neveu and all the staff at St Joseph’s Residential Home for the wonderful care given to her. Special thanks to Helen Higginson and Alan Mollet for making the service such a lovely celebration and to all those who attended the service and joined us at Greenhills afterwards to share your own memories. Our thanks, also, to Carmelita and her team at Greenhills for the afternoon tea which we know Val would really have enjoyed. Finally, thank you to Cherie and all at Pitcher & Le Quesne for their care and professionalism during the last few weeks which is greatly appreciated.

Passed away at La Haule Care Home on Wednesday, 23 April, 2025, much-loved and best friend to the late Barry, her husband of 44 years. Sorely missed by her family and friends in Jersey and UK.
