BISSON, Hilda

Graham, Richard and their families would like to thank those who were able to attend their mother’s funeral service, to everyone who sent us cards and to those who have sent donations to either of Hilda’s choice of charities. We are grateful to Rev Mark Barrett for his uplifting words and support and to Mr Neville Brooks for the prayers. Thank you to the organist Mr Ian MacFeeters, to the Funeral Choir, to Mr Simon Harper and his staff for the catering and to Mr Stephen Lamb, Centre Manager at St Andrew’s Church. A special thank you and appreciation to Dr Simon Bonn for his exceptional care of our mother over many, many years. Also to the staff at Pinewood Residential Home and, latterly, Clifton and Palm Springs Nursing Homes. GALLICHAN, Jeanne

The family would like to thank everyone who called, sent cards, attended Jeanne’s funeral or donated to Jersey Alzheimer’s Society in her memory. A special thanks to Rev Stephen Taylor who provided such love and support during her end of life care as well as officiating at the service to celebrate her life. Thank you to Rev Mike Lange-Smith who allowed the use of Grouville Parish Church and Ian MacFeeters who was the organist. Thanks to Marie and staff at Elim Rock Community Centre who put on a wonderful celebration buffet after the funeral committal. Thanks to the management and staff of All Care Jersey for their continued care and support for Jeanne at home during the final years of her life. Thanks to Dr Simon Bonn of Cleveland Clinic and all the staff on Plémont Ward. Also thanks to Family Nursing and the Older Adult Health Mental Health Team especially Elaine Jackson, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Sarah Blake, her Occupational Therapist. Finally, a big thank you to Mark and staff at Maillard’s for all their support and arrangements.
