Robert, Tina and family would like to thank everyone who attended Mum’s funeral, who sent flowers, cards and messages of condolence and made donations to Family Nursing or Hospice Palliative Care; the tenderness and respect shown by both teams in Mum’s final days were amazing. Thank you also to Dr P Venn for her gentle care of Mum over the years. A special thank you to Fr Benjamin for conducting such a beautiful service and assisting Mum, and supporting us throughout her final journey. To organist Clive Cooper and members of St Matthew’s choir and the funeral singers, thank you for the uplifting music. Heartfelt thanks to ‘my girls’ from Karen’s Care Agency who filled our lives with love, laughter and music but always respect these past two years. Finally, our thanks to Paul Battrick MBE of Pitcher & Le Quesne, for his kindness, support and professional handling of all the arrangements.
