GILBERT, Joyce (née Brideaux)

Passed peacefully away at Brantwood surrounded by her family on Sunday, 22 October, 2017, in her 97th year, very dearly loved wife of the late Brian, loving Mum of Karen and Glenda, Bob and Alain, proud and devoted Granny to Philippa, Claire, Robyn, Toby, Nathan and Kirsty, much-loved Gran-Gran to Kian, Joel, Kate, Xavier and Benjamin.

Relatives and friends wishing to attend the service are invited to meet at Eden Methodist Church, St Saviour on Monday, 30 October at 11 am. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 19 October, 2017, in her 42nd year surrounded by family and friends, loving and much-loved wife of Gregory, daughter of Francisca and the late Jose, sister of Analiza and Juneth, daughter-in-law of Patrick and Colette, sister-in-law of Mejarie, Rebecca and Simon, Tita (Auntie) of Lauren Gayle, Jose Mejarie, Jose Mari, Eloise and James, ‘Ate’ to her many friends and colleagues. Died peacefully in Jersey Hospice Care on Saturday, 7 October, 2017, in her 89th year.

FORREST, Elizabeth ‘Liz’

Gordon, Alexandra, Rebecca, Natasha and Robbie would like to thank all friends and colleagues for their overwhelming kindness and support after their recent loss of Liz. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Bailey, Kathy Gillies and all at the Oncology Unit for their wonderful care and attention, also to Lorraine and her team at Jersey Hospice and to Dr Angela Osborn for their attention and kindness. Special thanks to Len Norman, Kim, Julie, Bev, Jean and all at St Clement’s Parish Hall and to Marcus Troy, for their endless support and for making the arrangements for the Wake so smooth. Also to Carl Howarth and all at JCG and Victoria College for their continued support at school.
