Following a short illness, Graeme, a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother, passed away at the General Hospital on Thursday, 21 September, 2017, surrounded by his family. He leaves behind his wife, best friend and soulmate Mary, his children, grandchildren, Mum and sister who loved him immensely and who will miss him more than can be expressed.
Relatives and friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Graeme are invited to meet at the Crematorium Chapel, Westmount Road, St Helier on Thursday, 5 October at noon.
