Slipped away in the care of the wonderful staff at St Ewolds Care Home, after an illness borne with great dignity, never demanding, selfless and thinking of others to the very end, devoted and adoring husband of the late Maureen, very much loved and loving father of Richard and father-in-law of Sheryl, loving Grandad to James and Hayden.
