BAUDAINS, Jayson (Baudy)

Kim, Adam, Josh, Basil, Claire, Max, Jo, Jessie, Annette and John would like to thank everyone who sent cards, texts, flowers and messages of sympathy following their recent sudden bereavement. Thank you to the Critical Care Unit for the sensitive way that they dealt with our devastating ordeal. Thanks to everyone who attended the service to celebrate Jayson’s life and to his so many surfing friends who turned out for the scattering of the ashes at sea. Thank you to the Rev Ian Pallent for leading such a fitting service that so well reflected Jayson’s short life. Brad and Dom recalling their friendship in such a mature way. Fiona Joyce for her rendering of ‘Blue Sky’, a song partly composed by Jayson when he was one of Fiona’s guitar pupils. Jessie, his loving partner, for the magnificent flower arrangement. Brother Max for his moving tribute recalling their surfing exploits. Jess, Claire and Joanne reciting that touching poem ‘He is Gone’. John and Annette for providing the VW Camper Vans and pick-up that carried Jayson and mourners to the service. Secretary and Clerk of the Course of the Jersey Race Club who went out of their way to ensure that everything asked for was provided and to Niche Events for the excellent catering. St Ouën’s Parish staff, Connétable and the Honorary Police for their help and concern. And finally a massive thank you to Paul Battrick at Pitcher & Le Quesne for his compassionate and professional guidance throughout.
