Our very warm and grateful thanks to all our family and friends, our precious Mum indeed would have been so overwhelmed by the multitude of people who came to join in the celebration of her life. Thanks to Reverend Peter Dyson and Reverend Jane Ilton for the amazing service and their loving support, so truly comforting throughout Mum’s time in hospital and at Silver Springs. Our gratitude to Anne Marie Sweeney who Mum was so very fond of and her bright red coat! We warm to the affection shown by so many of Mum’s friends who sent cards and flowers, their beautiful messages were powerful and uplifting, an indication of how very special Mum was in their lives. We are eternally thankful to Shane of De Gruchy’s Funeral Care, impeccable attention to all detail, delivered with sincerity and true compassion.

João, Monica and John would like to thank all family and friends who attended Cristina’s funeral, for their support, cards and donations to Jersey Hospice Care in memory of Cristina. Special thanks to Dr Soomal and the staff at the Oncology Department, Jersey General Hospital. Many thanks also to the amazing staff at Jersey Hospice Care who cared so compassionately for Cristina in her last three weeks. Further, thank you to Pitcher & Le Quesne, in particular Gareth John, who made all arrangements go smoothly. Lastly, thank you to Father Francis Sasinowski for a lovely service.
