SHEEHAN, Annette Jean

Relatives and friends wishing to attend the funeral service for Annette are invited to meet at St John’s Parish Church on Monday, 31 July at 3 pm followed by private interment in the parochial cemetery.

No mourning clothes and no flowers please, by request. GODFREY, Marlene Ann (née Turner)

Peacefully passed away at Princess Alice Hospice, Esher on Thursday, 13 July, 2017, loving mother to Allister, Stephen and Sharon and caring grandmother.

A funeral service is to be held at North-East Surrey Crematorium on Tuesday, 1 August at 10 am. Donations to Princess Alice Hospice, in lieu of flowers, would be appreciated. A celebration of Marlene’s life will be held in Jersey, details to follow.

MICHEL, Iris Anna (née Le Marquand)

Passed away at home on Wednesday, 5 July, 2017, aged 89 years, beloved mother of Shirley and Colin, mother-in-law of Gerry, much-loved Nan of Mandy, Tracy and Nick, Kerry and Rob and Matthew, Big Nan to Shelly and Gran to Ella and Charlie. Forever in our thoughts. Reunited with her loving husband Alfred and son Ken. At Iris’ wish, a private funeral will take place. MOURANT Jean Adle (née Mossop)

Passed peacefully away at Clifton Nursing Home on Monday, 24 July, 2017, aged 91 years, widow of Roy, sister of Nora, Ruth and the late Mary, mother of Jane, Peter and Charles, mother-in-law to Trevor, Tracy and Penny, Granny to Bekki, Olly, Joe, Philippa, Tom, Eve, Lucas, Matty and Amy, great-Granny to Max, Brody, Darcy and Felix. Will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Tuesday, 25 July, 2017, loving Mum of Emma, Mum-in-law of Peter, Nanna of Merryn and sister of Ann. She will be deeply missed by all of her close and extended family and friends forever more.

MALLEN, Phil

Jon, Joanne and Angela would like to thank everyone who attended Phil’s funeral to celebrate his life. A big thank you to Rev Peter Dyson for conducting the service and Gareth at Pitcher & Le Quesne for putting it all together, and to all who sent cards, flowers and donations. We would also like to thank all the consultants, doctors, nurses and staff on the ICU ward at the Jersey General Hospital for all the care and compassion shown to Phil.

MACFARLANE, Francis John (Frank)

Frank passed away suddenly on Sunday, 23 July, 2017 at the General Hospital after a short illness. Passed away at UH Coventry on Saturday, 1 July, 2017, at rest after a long illness. Father of Dr Robert Hurry and Mark, daughters-in-law Carol and Eva, grandfather to Simon, Charlotte, Sebastian, Tabitha, Tobias, Amelia, Sophia and Allysa.
