Sadly passed away in the sensitive and loving care of Jersey Hospice on Monday, 7 August, 2017, aged 81 years, with her loving family at her side, wife of the late Norman, loved and loving mother of Julie and Nigel, mother-in-law to Chris and dearly loved Nan of Philip and Lucy, a cherished sister and loyal friend. Relatives and friends wishing to attend the service for Ruth are invited to meet at Grouville Parish Church on Friday, 18 August at noon. Family flowers only please. CHINN, Averil Enid (née Whitby)

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 3 August, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer, much loved and remembered by her children, Melodie, Caroline and Benjamin and grandchildren Natalie, Matthew, Riley, Liam and Oliver.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of June Heather Vautier (née Syvret), at Royal Victoria Hospital, in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, on Sunday, 6 August, 2017. Born 21 March, 1935, in St Peter, Jersey, Channel Islands. Daughter of the late Geoffrey and Louie Syvret, loving sister of Bunny Syvret, loving wife of Ian Vautier, life-long friend of Owen Vautier (Claudette), friend and sister-in-law of Daphne Wilson, dear mother of Natalie, Gary and Philippa (Glenn), dear grandmother of Drew, Megan, Lauren, Hayley, Derek and Jean-Michel, dear great-grandmother of Lochlyn, Gavyn and Milo, loving aunt and cousin to many.
