Martin, Rosie and Jade wish to thank all kind relatives and friends who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. A heartfelt thanks to all those who sent cards, letters and beautiful floral arrangements, to those who Telephoned, to the numerous visitors and to all who attended the funeral service. A sincere thanks to the doctors from Indigo House Practice who attended on Norman during his final days and to the nurses and carers from Silver Springs Care Home, especially Lynn and Bernice, who showed Norman great love and attention not only during his final days but in the four years which he had spent in their care. Thanks to the Rev Ian Pallent and to Brian Vibert for their words of comfort and for their participation in such a wonderful and appropriate service. Thank you for all the donations to Channel Islands’ Air Search and the RNLI, both rescue services which were close to Norman’s heart. Finally, thank you to Joy and staff at Maillard’s for their kindness and professionalism in the arrangement of such a wonderful and fitting funeral service.

Passed peacefully away at Lakeside Care Home on Tuesday, 18 April, 2017, in her 97th year, reunited with her beloved husband Peri, loving mother to Carla and much-loved mother-in law to Peter, devoted Nanna and great-Nonna. David came to a peaceful end of his journey on Monday, 17 April, 2017, in the loving care of Jersey Hospice, aged 83 years.
