Passed away peacefully in the loving care of Clarkson House on Monday, 13 March, 2017, aged 41 years. To my beautiful wife, soulmate and the best Mummy in the world, you were the kindest, most caring and incredible person we will ever meet. You faced everything with such bravery and dignity and fought so hard for a miracle, but in the end you were the miracle and always have been.
