Janet and family wish to thank special friends and all who attended Geoff’s funeral service. Our thanks to everyone who sent cards, letters of condolence and donations to ICU Gift Fund and CCU Nurses Fund at the General Hospital. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff on Critical Care, to Reverend Robin Dupre for conducting a very personal service and to Steve at Maillard’s Funerals for his care, understanding and professionalism

Mave, Greg, Nicky and Emma would like to thank everyone who came to say farewell to Pete, and those who were not able to, for all the love and support we have had. Although this is an incredibly sad time we have been heartened by all the flowers, cards and Facebook messages we have received and the lovely stories people have told us about their times spent with Pete. Our family, friends and Pete’s friends have been amazing and for that we thank them with all our hearts and special thanks to Tom for reading the poem so beautifully. We would also like to thank Deacon Iain MacFirhisigh for conducting Pete’s service in such a caring way and for all his support and understanding. Paul Battrick at Pitcher & Le Quesne has been an absolute rock for us and it is with his extraordinary support that we were able to celebrate Pete’s life in the way we have, we can never thank him enough. Thank you also to Joanne at the Pomme d’Or for arranging the venue for our celebration. Finally, all we can say is that there are lots of good memories of our time with Pete and we can only thank him for being our son, brother and friend.
