Of Stratford, Ontario, Canada passed away peacefully on Friday, 26 August, 2016, surrounded by her family, after a short illness resulting from complications related to ongoing cancer treatments. Beloved wife and best friend of Ron Tiplady for 47 years, loving mother of Justin (Nadine), Garrick (Thecla) and Bryn (Oona), grandmother of Matthew, Meghan, Oscar, Atticus, Maeve, Lily and Callum, and loving aunt of Duncan Tiplady (Christa) and their son Harley. Jacky is predeceased by her parents, William (“Bill”) and Freda Powell.
