In loving memory of Julie, a devoted and much-loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and sister-in-law, who sadly passed away one year ago today. So dearly missed by all her family. Each night before, I go to bed, Thoughts of you, fill my head, I’ve not cried so much, for many years, Onto my pillow, fall six silent tears. The first for your smile, I so dearly miss, And your tender lips, that I long to kiss, The second for your beautiful, and caring face, And thoughts of your loving, tender embrace. The third comes to me, as no real surprise, As I will always remember, your soft smiling eyes, The fourth is for the beauty, of your fair golden locks, But all I have now, are some strands in a box. The fifth gently rolls, down my face, Instead of my pillow, it should be you in its place. Passed away peacefully in the care of Rosewood House on Friday, 2 December, 2016, aged 87 years, devoted husband of 61 years to Lucille, much-loved Dad of Pamela, Basil and Anita and their partners Tim, Sue and Wayne, a loving Popa to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
