Clifford and Ingrid extend their most sincere appreciation and thanks to all those who supported and who encouraged and helped Pati through her long battle against cancer. We most particularly wish to thank and recognise the devoted, caring and professional input of all in the ENT Department at Jersey’s General Hospital together with the dedication, skill and humanity of Jose de Cordova (ENT Consultant) and of Mr Siodlak and Mr Laxman. Our grateful thanks also to the Oncology professionals and staff and to the nursing and A&E staff. We also wish to acknowledge the wonderful support which Pati appreciatively received from Jersey Hospice Care, Family Nursing & Home Care, the Twilight Nursing Team and the Occupational Therapy Department. Our sincerest thanks also to the entire team at St Kitt’s Nursing Agency whose great input allowed Pati to remain at home until the end. Our gratitude also to the Reverend Geoffrey Houghton and to Maillard’s Funeral Directors and to doctors Gregory Ince and Marson-Smith. Finally, our sincerest thanks to all who have sent so very many messages of condolence and support, who wrote cards or letters and who attended the funeral and those who generously made donations to Jersey Hospice Care in Pati’s memory.
