Joan, my dear and special friend, you were such an important part of my journey and I am so grateful for the blessing of having had the chance to share my life with you. We have enjoyed so many happy, lovely times over the years and really grew together spiritually, I know that was God’s will. As we always used to say ‘this is not goodbye, just au revoir’. Rest peacefully ’til we meet again, your troubles are over now, but the joys to come will last forever.
