LE MOINE, Jean Anne (née Malpass)
Anne would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral mass of her late mother Jean Le Moine at St Patrick’s Church on Tuesday, 3 May and the many who sent cards of condolence. Heartfelt thanks to Monsignor Nicholas France for his comforting words and to Aurelie Norman for her beautiful singing. Grateful thanks to the nursing staff of the General Hospital for their care, to the Palliative Care Team and to Orchid Care. Special thanks to family and friends who travelled from England and France, to Jean’s nursing colleagues, especially Nellie, and to Sister Marie Louise for her life-long friendship. Thank you to Jean’s kind neighbours, old and new, who have been such good friends and to my lovely supportive work colleagues. The family of the late Barbara Jegou wish to sincerely thank the many friends and neighbours who have sympathised with them in their sad loss. To those who attended Barbara’s funeral, sent cards and those who sent donations to the Animals’ Shelter or to Family Nursing, thank you. A special word of appreciation is due to her doctor, Geoffrey Hamilton, as well as to all the medical staff who took such good care of Barbara at various times at Overdale, the General Hospital and at Lakeside. Thanks also to Rev Michael Phillips and to Brian Vibert for conducting such a beautiful funeral service with all perfect arrangements made by Steve de Ste Croix at Maillards.
