Clifford and family would like to sincerely thank family and friends who attended Veronica’s service of thanksgiving. A special thank you to Michael-John, Julia and Vicki for their readings and heartfelt memoirs of our loved one. Thank you to Alan Mollet (organist) for his sensitive playing. Much appreciation to Reverend David Grantham for his many visits to Lakeside Manor and for conducting such a moving service. Our gratitude for the many letters and cards of condolence received, and to all who have made donations to All Saints Church in Veronica’s memory. Finally, thank you to De Gruchy’s Funeral Care for making the arrangements, and to The Farm House Restaurant for the catering, and where we were able to reminisce with wonderful memories.

Mary, Sean, Joan and family would like to say thank you to all those who attended Richard’s funeral, to all those who sent cards and messages of condolences, to all the kind neighbours who helped in many ways, to the doctors at Windsor Medical Centre who looked after Richard, to Sister Suki Douglas of the Hospital’s Parkinson’s Unit, to both the Parkinson’s and Jersey Blind Societies in Jersey, to the Connétable for his visit and kind words about Richard, to Jenny and Paul next door for all their help when it was needed, to Michael and Jane who helped leading up to the funeral and especially on the day of the service and to Lynsey from Maillard’s for helping us with the funeral arrangements in a kind-hearted manner.

Passed peacefully away in the loving care of L’Hermitage Care Home with family by her side, on Wednesday, 27 April, 2016, in her 87th year, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by family and friends in Jersey and Wales.

Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on Friday, 15 April, 2016, aged 44 years, son of the late Maurice and Sheila. Rest in peace.
