Passed peacefully away on Thursday, 7 April, 2016, in the loving care of AEU, with her niece Anne by her side, dearly-loved wife of the late Frank. Marjorie will be sadly missed by the staff and residents of Maison St Brelade, where she had spent many happy years, and by her family and friends. God’s garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best, He knew you were suffering, He knew you were in pain, He knew that you would never get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough And hills too hard to climb, He closed your weary eyelidsAnd whispered ‘Peace be Thine’. It broke my heart aunty to lose you, but you didn’t go alone, for part of me went with you, the day you were called home. A bétôt ma tante. Love, Anne, John and family
Family and friends wishing to attend Marjorie’s funeral service are invited to St Peter’s Parish Church, on Thursday, 14 April, at 2. 30 pm. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Family flowers only.
