Ann’s family would like to thank the following for all the care and support to Ann throughout her illness, all of whom provided excellent and kind care, and treated Ann with dignity to the end. Dr Kathy Gillies and Dr Andy Vincent, Eileen Crabb and her staff at Pinewood Residential Home, Kate Norris and her Personal Touch Care Services team for Ann’s home care, and the nursing staff on Sorel ward of the General Hospital, who continued with the same kind, tender care and support, treating Ann with continued dignity until she left us on Monday, 21 March, 2016. Also thank you to all Ann’s friends who have been such a support too.
Angela, Sandra, Euni and families would like to thank everyone for their cards, condolences and attendance at the funeral. Thanks to Rev Andy Thewlis for a beautifully led service and to organist Alan Mollet. We would also like to thank those whose kindness helped Dad over the last few months especially Dr Stephen King, social worker Paul Howard and the wonderful staff both at Stuart Court and in ITU. In memory of our dear son and stepson William (Will), who died suddenly this week, He will be sorely missed. He is at peace with God and we look forward to meeting up with him one day.
