Died peacefully at the Jeanne Jugan Residence, on Saturday, 20 February, 2016, aged 98 years, loving wife of the late Raymond Owen, devoted mother of Michael and Angela, daughter-in-law Mary and beloved Nan to Melanie.

Family and friends wishing to attend a mass to Celebrate Noelé’s life are invited to attend the Little Sisters Chapel, St John’s Road, St Helier, on Wednesday, 2 March at 10 am, to be followed by private burial. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the tender care of Jersey Hospice, on Friday, 19 February, 2016, aged 77 years, beloved husband of 50 years to Bernadette, much-loved Dad of Maria and her husband Andy, adored Grandpa of Jemma and Megan. AMIOT, David (Sgt)

My heartfelt thanks go to the Ambulance Service and especially the paramedics who attended David at the scene, the nursing staff and doctors on the Intensive Care Unit, also to Sister Diane Rolland and husband Richard for their help at the scene and for staying with me at the hospital. Special thanks also go to my dear friends Sammy, Joy, Geraldine and Carol for taking it in turns to stay with me at the hospital, also my sister Margaret and nephew Shaun for all the help they gave me in arranging everything, and to Andy from Pitcher & Le Quesne for his compassion and understanding and to the hospital Chaplain for visiting David and the Rev I Pallent from St Ouen’s Parish Church for the lovely service he gave, and to John Brisset, John Grady and Sammy Eastwood for their eulogies. Last but by no means least, thanks to everyone who came to say farewell to David at the Crematorium and thanks to the staff at the Radisson Hotel for the excellent reception they gave afterwards.

VAUTIER Terry

Anita, Joshua, Brittany and Jack would like to thank everyone who sent cards, flowers and messages. To all the district nurses who took care of Terry at home, to Dr Virginia French of Lister Surgery, to Dr Nicky Bailhache, all the staff and volunteers at Jersey Hospice for their patience and care in Terry’s last few weeks at Clarkson House, to Joan Richard from Jersey Cancer Relief for all her help. To everyone who sent donations in Terry’s memory to Jersey Hospice Care and Jersey Cancer Relief, to Andy Errington-Rennell and all the staff at Pitcher & Le Quesne for everything they did to make Terry’s final wishes possible and their attention to detail. To the Reverend Canon David Shaw MBE for the wonderful service at St Clement’s Church and to everyone who attended the funeral. Finally, to my brother, Eric Rolland for being there every step of the way with us, for all his help and support, without which we could not have got through this very difficult time. Thank you.
