Sadly passed away on Wednesday, 10 February, 2016, in his 90th year, at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, devoted husband of Eileen and inspirational father of Rebecca, Ben and Katy, father-in-law of Andrew and Annie and loving grandfather of Sam, Ben, Emily and Phoebe.
