Elsie Wilson and the family of the late Samuel Wilson would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who came to celebrate Sam’s memory at the funeral service at the Crematorium Chapel, especially those who came from the UK and Guernsey. Many thanks to the Rev Debbie Godefroy for conducting such a moving service and to Hazel (daughter-in-law) for the beautiful reading, also many thanks to the funeral singers for their wonderful singing and to Joy from Maillard’s Funeral Directors who made everything run so smoothly. Thanks also to the Rev Stephen Taylor and the team at Elim Community Centre for their kind hospitality. Finally thanks to all who have called or sent messages of sympathy, these have been greatly appreciated at this difficult time.
