MORTON, Michael

Gillian wishes to thank all her family and friends who offered their condolences and support at this sad time, and for their kind letters and cards which are too numerous to answer individually. Special thanks go to Michael’s doctors, Dr John Howell, who looked after him over many years, and to Dr David Howell. My thanks also go to those special doctors and nurses at the General Hospital, the Renal Unit, A & E, ITU, HDU, and of course Sister Karen and her team at Sorel Ward, the Family Nursing & Home Care Team, and Jersey Hospice. Without their care Michael could not have spent his final days at home. My thanks also go to the Brethren of the Jersey Masonic Lodges for their kindness and support given to Michael and myself. Lastly, thank you Paul and Pitcher & Le Quesne.
