Died Wednesday, 6 January, 2016, while on holiday with his family in Sydney, husband of Kathy, father of Stuart, Lizzie and James. Died very peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, 5 January, 2016, in the loving care of Lakeside Care Home, a wonderful mother to Rosalind, Guy and the late Joanna, grandmother to Edward, Alistair, Abigail, Alex, Harry, Tim and Gabriella, great-grandmother to Annabel, Jack, Noah, Jessica, Oscar and Logan. She was such a wonderful and constant part in all our lives and will be missed so very much.
