Many thanks to all the family and friends (and JFRS) who frequently visited David and in particular Dave Maloret and Maurice Andrieux for their wonderful friendship. Many thanks to Dr Simon Bonn for his care over the years and the phone calls in recent months, to the physio team at Cheshire Homes who encouraged David so much and to the team at E cabs who were so good with David. On a personal note, Janine would like to thank Mark ‘for being a tower of strength to me and also for the wonderful tribute you gave to Dad, you captured everything he meant to us perfectly, I’m so proud of you for doing that, in what was a very emotional day for you as well’.
