Passed away peacefully after a long illness in the tender care of Silver Springs Care Home, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, 23 November, 2015, aged 69 years, dearly-loved husband of 46 years to Janine, adored Dad of Stephen, Mark and father-in-law of Emma, devoted Pops of Chloë. On Saturday, 21 November, 2015, my wonderful Mum passed away peacefully, whilst holding my hand and looking into my face, in her 82nd year. She loved and was loved by so many people, her late parents Thomas and Louise, her siblings, the late Doreen, the late Paul, the late Margaret, Simonne, David, Michel and their families, her husband the late John and her children, the late Marie and Jean-Pierre, all her other relatives and friends throughout the world, the staff and other residents of Beech Ward and Palm Springs Nursing Home. I hope that many of you will be able to celebrate your love for her at Mum’s funeral, details of which are to follow.
