Patricia, Carolyn, John and family would like to thank the many friends and relatives who attended David’s funeral and also everyone who sent cards of sympathy and messages of support. Our sincere thanks to all the staff at the General Hospital particularly the Cardiology Department for the medical treatment given to David over many years, to the Family Nursing and Home Care Team who attended to David at home, and to the Jersey Hospice Staff for their loving care of David in his last days. Lastly, our thanks to Reverend David Shaw and also to Andy Errington-Rennell of Pitcher & Le Quesne for their help with the funeral arrangements at this sad time.
