Fran would like to thank everyone who sent cards with such kind words of condolence. Thank you to family and friends who attended the funeral service, which was beautifully conducted by Canon David Shaw. A special thank you to Brian’s GP Dr Watts for his care and attention over many years. Likewise to Dr Andrew Mitchell and his team. Our sincere gratitude to the dedicated medical team in HDU who looked after Brian and were wonderfully supportive to our family. Passed away peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Saviour, on Saturday, 29 August, 2015, a week after celebrating his 80th birthday, beloved husband of Pauline, much-loved father of Gary and Jackie, father-in-law of Sonia and Paul and adored Grandad to Stephen and Mary Jane, much-loved brother of Doreen.
