Died peacefully in her sleep, in her 91st year, at the General Hospital after a long and painful illness, borne in silence with as ever the greatest dignity, devoted wife of the late Albert (Bert), loving mother of Brian and Susan. Mum you were my rock, without you I would not be here today, my world is turned upside down, I’m devastated and heartbroken, your generosity and love knew no bounds and your family always came first, I’m proud to have been your son, proud to love you and so happy you knew it, my love for you will never die, my sorrow will stay with me till we meet again.
