Members of the Jersey Association for Youth and Friendship regret the passing of their Patron and Founding Chairman. He has contributed so much to many young lives in the Island over more than 50 years of service.

VIBERT, Doris Mary

Geoff, Ron, Michael, John and their families would like to thank Matron and staff at Maison St Brelade for the exceptional care given to Mum over the ten happy years she lived there. Thanks also to the staff of Beauport Ward for their kindness and support. Thank you to everyone who attended Mum’s funeral or sent cards of sympathy and St Ouen’s Parish Hall and the Honorary Police for their help and organisation. Lastly, a special thank you to Brian Vibert who conducted the service, this had always been Mum’s wish.

PADDOCK, Agnes Patricia (née Collingwood)

The family would like to thank all who attended the funeral of Roy and also for the love and support the family have received from family and friends. Thank you to Dr Kumar and staff of the Renal Unit, Dr Buist, the staff at Jersey Hospice for the care and support both Roy and the family received. So grateful to Lieutenant Scoulding and Mel for conducting such a lovely service true to Roy’s wishes. The Fire Service presence was much appreciated by the family. SMITH, Denise Yvonne Marie (nee Hamon)

Beloved second daughter of the late Elizabeth and Vernon Hamon, beloved sister of Shirley and Julie, aunty to Jodie and Thomas and sister-in-law to Paul. Reunited with her Mum who passed away four days before her. She will be sadly missed. Love you always xxxx. RIP.

BULLOCK, John James

John died peacefully with his family around him after a monumental battle for two years, on Thursday, 9 April, 2015, in Calpe. A truly wonderful, loving, courageous and kindly gentleman, adored husband of Heather, devoted father of Scott and loving Poppy to Atlanta. RIP great man.

Structural Engineer at Beaumont Construction. Formerly of Cardiff Bay. Passed peacefully away in the loving care of the Jersey Hospice, on Friday, 3 April, 2015, aged 50 years, beloved brother of Allan and brother-in-law to Lorraine. Will be deeply missed.
