COLLINS, Bob

Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital, on Monday, 4 May, 2015, aged 60 years, much-loved brother of Andy and Josie. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

My father and I would like to express our upmost gratitude and appreciation to the many friends, family and acquaintances and work colleagues past and present who have been supportive to my family and me during the past couple of weeks. For all the cards and flowers that people have sent, you have no idea how incredibly uplifting that has been. Special thanks must go to all the nursing team at Jersey Hospice for the wonderful care my mother received, Dr Gareth Hughes and Dr Guy Wildy for their support. For my cousins Luis, Sandra, Maria, Joe and Karen for being there for me when I’ve needed them. For the two Maria’s for providing meals for my Dad and for my partner Marc for being my rock when I’ve been at my lowest. Deacon Iain McFirbhisigh who delivered such a beautiful and fitting service, Elaine at the Rose Garden tearoom for providing refreshments, and of course Pitcher & Le Quesne for providing emotional support and a dignified funeral service.
