Dave and all the family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to relatives, friends and colleagues who joined us at Trinity Church for Karen’s funeral. Thank you to all who sent cards and messages of sympathy at this very difficult time for the family. Special thank you to Cannon Geoff Houghton, the Choir and organist Nick Cabot. Thank you Shane, Ken and staff at De Gruchy’s Funeral Care, and all those involved on conducting a truly beautiful service. Also thank you to the nursing staff at Jersey Hospice Care for their devotion and compassion in looking after Karen.

HARRIS, Susan Ann (née Bevan)

Passed away peacefully in the tender care of the Jersey Hospice on Tuesday, 12 March, 2024, aged 66 years. A creative spirit who brought beauty and laughter to all who knew her. Adored partner to Charles, much-loved mother to Oliver, mother-in-law to Clare, devoted grandmother to Polly, Kitt and Eddie, sister to Jane and aunty to Wesley. Susan will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral Service

Susan’s funeral service will take place on Tuesday, 2 April at 1.30 pm in St John’s Parish Church, followed by a private cremation.
