Therese, Isla, Nicole and family would like to thank everyone who kindly called, sent flowers, cards and letters of condolence and offered general help, friendship and support following the sudden death of our dear Hugh. Our grateful thanks also go to everyone who attended Hugh’s funeral service and made it such a fitting celebration of his life. Also thanks to Iain MacLeod who played two wonderful laments on the bagpipes. We would also like to say a special thank you to the partners and staff of the New Era Veterinary Hospital, Leodis and Archway Surgeries for their continued support during a very sad and difficult time. Thanks also to everyone who kindly made donations to local animal charities in memory of Hugh. Details of the amounts raised for each charity will be published at a later date. Lastly, our grateful thanks to Nigel Coutanche of De Gruchy’s Funeral Care for organising and officiating at Hugh’s funeral and for making the whole process easier for us all.
