Jane’s family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all those who attended the funeral service for Jane on 12 February or sent condolences or donations to her memory. A particular thank you also to all the former staff at the Little Grove Nursing Home and present staff at Clifton Nursing Home where Jane spent her last years. SAMSON, Violet Madge (Vi)

The family would like to thank all relatives and friends for their kind words of sympathy and the numerous cards of condolence following the sad passing of our beloved Mum, Vi. Sincere and grateful thanks to all the wonderful staff on Plémont Ward for their professional and loving care towards Mum. A thank you to Paul Battrick of Pitcher & Le Quesne for all the arrangements of Mum’s funeral, which were impeccable, also to all his staff who assisted him in looking after Mum on her final journey. Thanks to Mark of Floralies for the family flower tribute, a blaze of colour that Mum would have loved. To Reverend David Hughes for conducting the funeral service in a caring and compassionate way and to all who attended the funeral and for your kind words after. To one and all a big thank you.

Passed away at the General Hospital, with his loving family by his side, on Thursday, 5 March, 2015, much-loved and devoted husband of 50 years to Christina, very proud Dad to Philip, Laurence, Michael and Peter. REBINDAINE, Joy May (née Bardwell)

Passed away peacefully at Lakeside Care Home, on Thursday, 5 March, 2015, aged 81 years, widow of Lolly, devoted mother of Sue and Dave, mother-in-law of Mick and Monique, loving grandfather of Julie and her husband Alan, Sarah and her husband Bob and Ben, much-loved great-grandmother of Brooke and Dylan and great-great-grandmother to Maci.
