The family wish to thank all those who conveyed their condolences, attended the funeral and sent donations to the Good Companions Club, in Lorna’s memory. Our thanks to Chris Fairbairn for giving such a superb eulogy, and to the Reverend Billy Slatter and Gareth John at Pitcher & Le Quesne for helping us to celebrate Lorna’s long and happy life. Our thanks also to the Farmers Inn for providing refreshments and a buffet of a Chateau Plaisir standard. Special thanks to those who have provided support to Lorna in recent years, her friends at Clos de Mahaut, the Constable of St Ouen, Michael Paddock and Parish team, Alison, Annie, Gay, and of course Bernie. We also wish to thank Iris Jouanne, Sophia and team at Gelaires, as well as the carers from Claddagh Home Care Services, Family Nursing and Home Care and the Good Companions Club. Your kindness, help and support enabled Lorna to live out her final days in her own home exactly as she wished, we thank you all.

Evie and family wish to thank Maillard’s, Funeral Directors for such a wonderful funeral, and for making my Frankie look so wonderful, I thank you so much, especially Ken who did such a marvellous job and to Lynsey for conducting a beautiful service. Special thanks to Tony Forder from the police and Becky from the mortuary, the ICU Unit and paramedics for all the care and attention of Frankie. Thanks to Stacey and Martin, also Phil Heard for their wonderful support and help throughout this sad time. To Doctor Paul and Doctor Early for their care of Frankie over the years and finally thanks to Adel from the Shipwright for the refreshments following the service. Once again thank you all.
