GODDEN, Michael Clifford (Mick)

Passed away peacefully after a long journey with Alzheimer’s on Thursday, 7 March, 2024, aged 80 years. He will be greatly missed.

Passed peacefully away on Thursday, 7 March, 2024, aged 87 years, much-loved, sweetest mother of Julie and mother-in-law to Paul, kindest grandmother to Emily and Anthony, James and Kayleigh, and proudest great-grandmother of Lily Jo and Walter.

Catherine, Marie, Alyson, Sarah Jane and Bridget and their families, would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral service to celebrate Mum’s life. SAUNDERS, Walter Gerard

Died on Friday, 1 March, 2024, aged 93 years, in George, South Africa, his own beloved country. Father of Janine, Bronwyn and Robert, grandfather, great-grandfather and, since 1998, husband of Vivien Vibert. Energetic and flamboyant, Walter was a seeker of truth and justice, a publisher of black poets at the height of apartheid, poet, painter, brilliant teacher, Shakespeare scholar and a lifelong Baconian.

His funeral will be in South Africa.

ROBERTS, Annette Frances (formerly Morin) (née Reed) (Nettie)
