Brian (Tosh), Philip and Cathy would like to thank family and friends who kindly sent cards and letters of sympathy and support. Special thanks to the Rev Tony Morling for the very personal service he gave and to all who attended Annie’s funeral. Thanks also to the staff at Intensive Care Units, Jersey and Southampton, and to Steve and the team at Maillard’s.

Ivy, Silvana and Davide would like to thank the Reverend Iain MacFirbhisigh for the lovely service at St Thomas’ Church and his kind words. Also the soloist Simone Garton who sang so beautifully. Thank you to all who attended the funeral service, including many from the Italian community. Also thanks to those who attended the wake at the Grand Hotel. Thank you to the Italian Consul, Mr Renzo Martin for his help and kindness, Giovanni Venticinque, and Giuseppe Francescon (formerly Gio’s Restaurant) for their help and kind words, not forgetting Gaynor at Reid’s Pharmacy, Charing Cross for her special hugs and kisses she gave Guerino. Special thanks to Paul Battrick and all staff at Pitcher & Le Quesne who organised the funeral and their kindness shown to me. I would like to thank all those who sent cards, Telephoned and sent lovely wreaths.

The family would like to thank everyone who attended Maisie’s funeral and sent sympathy cards. Thanks to the doctors and nurses at the hospital. Thanks to Rev Gerry Baudains and Alan Mollet. Thanks to Pitcher & Le Quesne and Mr Gareth John for the efficient handling of Maisie’s funeral arrangements.
