Died on Monday, 4 December, 2023, aged 78 years, a wonderful, loving friend and teacher to many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Service

Relatives and friends wishing to celebrate Pat’s life are invited to attend at the Crematorium Chapel, Westmount Road, St Helier at 10 am on Wednesday, 20 December, followed by a private burial.

MANTLE, Judy Kay (née Mesch)

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on Wednesday, 29 November, 2023, at Jersey Hospice Care. She was immensely proud of her three children and grandchildren. A poet, teacher, mother, sister and a dear friend to many, she will be deeply missed.

Memorial Service

A memorial will be held at 10.30 am on Friday, 15 December at Saint Martin’s Public Hall.

No mourning clothes please.

Much-loved Mum to Mary and her husband Steve, Yiayia to Nick and partner Sarah and Thomas, great-Yiayia to Max and Ivy. You will be missed so much by all of us but you can now rest in peace.

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 6 December, 2023, aged 93 years, beloved husband of Betty, a loving Dad of Michel and Claude, and an adored Papa of Chloe and Georgia. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

MURPHY, Patricia Elsie (née Girling)

Passed away peacefully in the care of the Jersey General Hospital on Monday, 20 November, 2023, reunited with her beloved husband Raymond and son Russell, loving mother and best friend to Trudie and Helen, their husbands Steve and Simon, loving Grandma to Karl, Jamie and Abbie, great-grandmother to Emily, and sister to Gina. She will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts.

NOEL, Edna May (née Jones)

03.10.1929 – 22.11.2023.

Passed away peacefully in the loving care of St Ewolds Residential Home on Wednesday, 22 November, 2023, at the grand old age of 94. Wife of the late Alec Henry Noel, loving mother of Marlene, John and the late Trevor, the late David and Robert who recently passed away in Australia, mother-in-law of Jim, Joyce, Jay, Helen and Alison, doting Nanny/Granny and great-Granny to 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren and two more great-grandchildren due next year. She was an amazing Matriarch to the family she loved so very much, and was loved so much by all of them and will be so greatly missed, also by her many friends.

Edna’s sense of humour will never be forgotten as will her wonderful Christmas decorations.

A memorial service will also be held at the same time as Edna’s funeral to celebrate the life of her youngest son Robert, who passed away on Sunday, 17 September, 2023, in Australia. So desperately missed but reunited with his Mum, Dad and his brothers.
