COLBACK, Elizabeth

Passed away peacefully at her home in Sussex, on Sunday, 4 January, 2015, aged 65 years. Sadly missed by her loving sisters Sylvia and Debbie, loving brother Ronald and many others. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.

John and Kathy Carre would like to thank all the people who looked after Karla and cared for her needs. Heartfelt thanks to Maillard’s for organising the funeral, Mr Vibert for the lovely service he conducted at St Ouen’s Parish Church, also the choir, and friends who attended.

Joyce sadly passed away in the early hours of Thursday, 15 January, 2015, at Jersey Hospice. She will be so missed by John, Alison, Maddie, Celine and Simon. BOSIO, Lesley (née Bowers)

Andre would like to thank all those who attended Lesley’s funeral and who sent letters and cards of condolence, and also those who made donations to Jersey Hospice Care and the Animals’ Shelter. The level of support and kindness has been overwhelming. Special thanks also to those who have given their support and help over the past few weeks including my brother-in-law Craig, Lesley’s friend Julia, and of course the nursing staff at Clarkson House, in particular Dr Nicky Bailhache and Jo McGuinness. Reverend Phil Warren of St Matthew’s Church, for leading such a thoughtful and dignified funeral service, deserves a special mention too. My own family from Jersey, France and England have all done their best to help me through this period and my grateful thanks go to each and every one of them. Finally my thanks to all those others who helped with the arrangements, the detailed requirements and also the refreshments. Weep if you must, Parting is hell, But life goes on, So, sing as well.

Al and Robin’s (Dorothy) family and extended family would like to thank all those who sent letters and cards of condolence and made donations to the Salvation Army and who kindly attended the funeral service following the very sudden death of Margery.
