Passed away in the loving care of Silver Springs Care Home, on Monday, 17 November, 2014, in her 86th year, beloved wife of the late George, adored and loving mother of Alan. Madeleine John and family would like to thank you all for the beautiful cards, letters, Telephone calls of sympathy and words of comfort which meant so much to us. To all who attended the service and special thanks to the Rev Liz Singleton for the lovely way she conducted the beautiful service. Thanks go to Alan Mollet for playing the organ, also to Guy Le Sueur and John Gallichan for the readings. To the ladies of the chapel for supplying the refreshments, also for the endless visits to Muriel from the chapel rota (you all know who you are). Thank you. Special thanks to Betty-Clare and Oscar Rive for driving Muriel in her car to many events which she enjoyed so much. Thanks to the nursing staff at Sandybrook for the loving care over the last 10 years. Many thanks to Nigel Coutanche and staff at De Gruchy’s Funeral Care for his compassion and support in handling the arrangements.
