Denise and family would like to thank the many family and friends who attended John’s funeral, sent cards and messages, and gave donations to Family Nursing in John’s memory. Thank you to Monsignor Nicholas, Malcolm, Alan and the choir, and cousin Peter, for the beautiful service and singing. John would have so enjoyed it and been amazed to see so many people there, it was what he would have called ‘a good funeral’. Denise would like to especially thank Dr Perkins and colleagues, Family Nursing, hospital and Overdale staff, and dear family, friends and neighbours who supported her and John throughout his illness. Sincere thanks to Jerry and staff at de Gruchy’s for helping us with the arrangements.
