Billy, a long-standing and well-liked member of the Jersey United Services Club passed away on Wednesday, 4 December, 2013. He will be sadly missed by all members of the club. Those members wishing to attend the funeral service are invited to meet at the Crematorium Chapel, at noon, on Tuesday, 17 December.
