It is with great sadness that we note the passing of Sharon Gray, the founder of BeachAbility, on Thursday, 21 November, 2013. It was through Sharon’s vision and generosity that the charity BeachAbility was born. Sharon wished that those less mobile should be able to share the open skies, the sound of the waves and Jersey’s beautiful beaches. Sharon will be sadly missed by all the members of BeachAbility and her friends at Les Mielles Ladies Golf Club.

Passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Monday, 25 November, 2013, aged 90 years, at the Limes Residential Home. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
