Richard, Martin, David and all the Pirouet family would like to thank everyone for the wonderful support they have received following Betty’s death. Thanks to everyone who sent such kind messages of support and who attended her funeral. Our thanks to everyone at Castle Quay Medical Practice for their support over the years, and to everyone at Stuart Court who looked after her so brilliantly for the last six years. Our gratitude to Brian Vibert for conducting a wonderful funeral service, to Nick Cabot for playing the organ, and to the community of St George’s Church and the Parish of St Ouen for providing such great venues for the celebration of her long life. Thank you also to Simon and the team at Maillards for their support and the professional manner in which they handled all the arrangements.

FOYLE, Elizabeth Anne (née Rouault) (Liz)

Passed away peacefully at Jersey General Hospital on Friday, 3 November, 2023, aged 85 years, much-loved Mum of Jacqueline, Nadine and Marcel, adored Grandma and great-Grandma. She will be dearly missed by all her family and many friends.

The family would like to thank the staff of Rozel Ward for their care in looking after Liz.

Beloved wife and best friend for 73 years to Roy, loving Mum to Tina and their late son Dean, a much-loved mother-in-law to Boe. She will be greatly missed by all. Simply the best.

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 7 November, 2023, at home after a long battle bravely borne. Liz will be greatly missed but never forgotten by her loving husband Sean and all the extended family and friends.
