Died after a short illness at Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, Bangkok, with his step-son Aaron by his side, on Saturday, 28 September, 2013, aged 62 years, dearly loved eldest son of Denise and the late Malcolm, much-loved brother of Nigel, Alan, Anita and the late Anne.
