Sybil, Sally and Jill would like to thank all those friends who have offered support following Sydney’s passing away. Thank you to all those who attended the funeral, sent cards, flowers and donations. Thank you to Reverend Geoff Houghton for his help with the funeral service, to Nick Cabot, Sharon Campbell and the Holy Trinity Church choir for the wonderful music and to Pitcher & Le Quesne for their comforting help and expertise. Thanks also to the Royal Golf Club for the wake. Very many thanks to the nurses and staff of Sorel and Portelet Wards at the Jersey General Hospital, and to the doctors at the Island Medical Centre, particularly Dr Jerry Glynn, for their wonderful care for Sydney. And last but not least, thank you to the wonderful staff at L’Hermitage for their exceptional care for Sydney and the family, your compassion, love and kindness meant everything.

Catherine, Sebastian, Glynn and Lynn would like to thank most sincerely everyone, all family and friends who attended Terry’s funeral. To the Rev Liz Singleton, gratitude for a lovely service and to Gareth John of Pitcher & Le Quesne and his colleagues our appreciation for such professional work. For all the cards and calls, thank you. Extreme heartfelt thanks go to all the staff on Bartlett Ward at the General Hospital who were amazing, especially Martin, Leila and others – you know who you are – and to all Terry’s friends who came from the Jersey Evening Post, the UK and others. Thank you.
